It's good sometimes to, instead of...

It's good sometimes to, instead of giving up, let go. By giving up on something or someone, we are allowing the control and struggle to limit us and keep us stuck. But if we let go, it brings different meaning, which frees us from something that is no longer serving us; which then brings us to self-care.

Imagine having the desire to make a clay pot, but having the feeling that certain people would not like it, or the person you are making it for is not appreciative or you're worried that someone might tell you that it is not a good idea to make it. When you let go of that belief, you can then remind yourself that if it feels right to me, why do I have to believe differently? You know what your desires are - Trust your vibe.

How many times...?

How many times do you see your day pass by and say to yourself "But I haven't done what I wanted to do today-I haven't taken care of myself or even had the chance to sit down to have a cup of tea"?

Whether you are working full time or being a mum and looking after your little ones, we know that time is a pressure for all of us. Sometimes, we spend our time and energy on something we know is better not to do, or we say to ourselves "I have to work full time in this job. I have to go to this meet up."

We keep using the words 'have to' constantly. But imagine asking yourself "How do I feel about this job I've got? How do I feel about this meet up?"

When we take full responsibility of how we truly feel-do we like what we do? Do you want to go to this meet up? Let go of perfectionism, then imagine what you could do to make this situation better and benefit yourself or loved ones. Take a step towards what you want your life to be.

We have a certain amount of energy and time per day. Imagine that you have 10 dollars to spend today. How would you spend it? Look and choice wisely where your daily energy and time go.

As I love...

As I love meditation, I love praying as well.

No matter what you believe or even if you don't believe in anything, when you pray to the Divine/God/Universe, it is effective. The Divine/God/Universe and your guardian angels will hear you.

Praying and saying positive affirmations gives us peace, and connects us to love and to ourselves. It helps us to manifest and create in our life; happiness, health and healing, prosperity and more. When you pray, imagine all of your prayers being heard as you take steps toward it.

When we talk about praying some ask how-what religion? My prayers are in my simple words, which come from my heart to the Divine/God, which start and finish with gratitude.

No matter what you believe, or what you don't believe, know that you are always watched over by Divine love and you are loved.

I've always been...

I've always been very sensitive. Sometimes in my early years I was told "you are too sensitive", but the day I realised that being sensitive is not a weakness, it is a strength, made me realise how grateful I am to be in peace.

When you are sensitive, you feel everything within you and around you. That is okay. When we know exactly how we feel and are true to ourselves and are open to our personal growth, we can navigate our life peacefully.

New generations know exactly who lies, and who manipulates. They know the old system doesn't work anymore.

I am sending love to whom in our beautiful earth see themselves separate, and not able to be truly who they are in they own family, friends and around them.

Replace the phrase...

Replace the phrase "I should" with "I could, but I choose not to at this time". You have the ability to choose your life on your terms.

When we use 'should' statements, it basically means we are trying to motivate ourselves. It is as if we have to give ourselves a hard time before we can be expected to do something. Also, when we direct 'should' statements toward others, we usually feel emotions of anger, frustration and resentment.

One of the techniques I use in my work is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which relates to how our thoughts/feelings affects our actions. Helps to change our thought patterns to be more productive and more self-affirming in a positive way. Our thoughts and the words we use are powerful, so we have to remember what we are creating. Our words and thoughts are energy.

When you are thinking and using positive words like "I am lovable" or negative words like "I am worthless", ask yourself "What am I creating? How do I like to see myself?"

You are important as everyone else. The way you are thinking and nurturing yourself is your first priority.

Our thoughts create our reality.

Kindness is a...

Kindness is a form of love which is already within us.

Many of us think we have to be kind because of this or that and let others treat us the way they want to.

When you notice your feelings and intuition, take responsibility for your own actions and thoughts, and write in your own white page of life with kindness to yourself and others without judgment, you will enjoy the love you radiate in the chaos around you.
When we take responsibility for ourselves and our thoughts, we appreciate and listen to our feelings and intuition. Sometimes it's hard as a kind person to stand up and honour your feelings, but this is your life, your page which you and your heart wants to write, not someone else's. It might be a process and take time to be comfortable.

We can be kind and loving without getting hurt, and without doing or saying what we don't want . You can be you and kind.

By being you, you let others be who they are, and then it's your choice to act with kindness. It's like when someone has hurt you in the past, and you don't agree that what they have done is right, you forgive them because you want to be free and live your life fully. Again, it's your choice to make changes. The moment you decide to forgive them, you let yourself become free and move gracefully in your life.

You always have choices to make changes and you always have support from the universe - you just have to ask.

By being who we are...

By being who we are, we give permission to ourselves to connect and trust ourselves.

The Creator/Divine/God/Love/Universe/Light (however you wish to call it) created us to be fulfilled in our lives, to bring happiness to ourselves and others - bring love and peace to our beautiful earth.

As an individual, when we bring peace to ourselves, it leads us to bring more peace around us. We start by connecting to, getting to know, and nurturing ourselves as a whole, in all part of being a human, on physical, mental, emotional, material and spiritual level.

For example, in our physical body we can pay attention to our feelings when we go walking in nature, swimming, biking, exercising, do yoga, tai chi or when we eat healthier food. Do we listen to our body reactions - how our mood changes in positive way? Or when we are in a different environment, do we notice our feelings and know what we need to change if we are not comfortable with the current environment? In the mental body side, it comes down to an enduring battle between the rational mind and our intuitive sense part of the brain. Do we take a moment to recognise it? Do we train our brain to remember good experience - bring positive thoughts to our moment? By connecting to ourselves in the present moment, listening to our own feelings, nurturing and lovingly releasing what we don't need to hold onto, it brings us peace in our heart.

It may sound easy and basic, but do we pay enough attention to our feelings, to our intuitive sense?

How often do you wonder...

How often do you wonder "I wish this situation or person was different..." or ask yourself "Is it possible to change someone else's behavior?"

Whenever we feel that way, it shows that we're not happy.

Most of the time, we are so busy in our lives and occupied with constantly doing things, achieving, or finding love - that we often forget to take a moment to look deeply within ourselves and listen to how we really feel and what we really want.

How many times have you felt wrong about something, but still went ahead with it? How many times have you done something just to please someone else? How many times have you wanted to say "No" or "YES", but couldn't? How many times have you felt the need to stay in control?

It all comes back to one word - YOU.

Happiness is a decision and choice - and it start with you, not outside of you. When we take responsibility for ourselves, we start our intended path and open up opportunities to talk to our heart, mind, emotions and body.

Sometimes it might not be an easy road, but when YOU decide to make changes, you will soon start to realise that sometimes the journey has to be travelled alone in order to appreciate the strengths that lie deep within you.

Why not love and nourish that beautiful you? It can start by simply taking a couple minutes each day to listening to your heart and intuition, walking around your block or through the closest park by yourself, and trying to focus entirely on your breath and think about your breathing - nothing else.

Or you may wish to sit in your favourite room or backyard at home and sip a hot cup of tea, while recalling one positive feeling. Perhaps you'll think about a time when you felt good inside, or it could be feeling appreciation for the good things in your life, or the love in your world.

Find your stillness and focus on your breathing.
